2025-08-04，江西德兴市。交警接到报警，称某十字路口的行人信号灯被人恶意损坏。交警根据线索，联合属地派出所进行调查，很快锁定了嫌疑人程某。接受讯问时，程某一开始并不以为然，张口就问：“交警怎么知道是我砸的？”
原来，程某因不满信号灯配时，怒从心起便在地上捡了石块将信号灯砸毁。目前，程某因毁坏公共设施被依法行政拘留，承担修复红绿灯的费用。
